(Unless booked through an agent*) To secure a booking a 30% non returnable deposit is to be paid in to the specified bank account, the remaining balance together with your £200.00 GBP security deposit is due one month prior to the commencement date of your stay.
With your deposit the names and addresses of all visitors must be supplied by submitting your "booking" from the menu on our private website www.bowerhouseestate.com You will be askked to provide all passports od all occupants on arrival which we ar obliged to provide to the Greek government if reuested. For security and privacy the occupancy applies to those names specified only and the owner reserves the right to deny access to anyone other than those named. It is possible , strictly with the owners permission to have a daytime visit from friends, please ask in avance to avoid disappointment. Cancellation by you for any reason does not warrant any refund and you agree to ensure that every member of your party is covered by appropriate insurance to cover this possibility and its consequences. If you book through an agent please read their cancellation policy as it may differ.
In the unlikely event that we have to amend or cancel your booking we will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable to inform you of any change and in the event of cancellation by us we will refund you any deposit or other monies paid to us. However we will not be liable to refund any monies you may have paid to any third party in connection with your holiday including, without limitation, fees for travel, entertainment, activities, or insurance.
The House is a non-smoking residence offered on a self catering basis with a minimum stay of 7 days. The owners are discreetly in occupation of a self contained part of the property and maintain and care for the estate. At an additional charge, their services are available to tailor make your needs should you require them. Please ask. Your security deposit will be refunded to your specified bank account providing no damages have been made to the property or its contents within 7 working days after your departure.
Any damages and breakages must be reported as soon as possible in order to allow for replacement or repair. In the case of serious damages a charge may be made and deducted from your security deposit.
The rental price includes: linen and towels changed once a week (or a second linen change on reuest), pool hygiene and grounds maintenance; welcome pack consisting of bread, butter, jam, cereal, eggs juice, fruits, tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Also use of the house, namely the accommodation requested, the swimming pool and the gardens and grounds for the duration of your stay. The house is available from 3.00pm the day of your arrival and is to be vacated by 10.00am the day of departure with access for maintenance from 09.00am. Should your flights and onward travel arrangements cause a problem with this time schedule please request earlier access and delayed check out times on booking. We will try to oblige, though this cannot be guaranteeed. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that you arrange your own private health, travel, accident and injury insurance cover and to ensure you use the property and its facilities in a sensible and safe manner. Liability for any losses sustained (howsoever caused) arising from your failure so to do is hereby specifically excluded. Children are the sole responsibility of the renters/parents/guardians and must be supervised accordingly. The house is not considered by the owners to be suitable for children under the age of 5yrs old. However, special permission can be obtained from the owners, prior to booking, for children under 5 yrs old provided you agree to our Terms herewith and acknowledge the following points; a) The pool does not have a shallow end. It is 1.6 metres deep. b) The main veranda is elevated at 3 metres high. c) Our safety rails are not to be used as a climbing frame. d) The house has open plan stairways both inside and out. e) Children under 5 yrs. Will be supervised by at least one adult at all times. An advisory House Book is displayed in the main lounge and it is requested you take the time to read the valuable information supplied as it will maximise the pleasure of your visit. The owners will of course be happy to provide any further information you may require.
Your acceptance of these terms and conditions by all members of your party will be deemed to be confirmed by the paying of your deposit and a hard copy is to be signed on arrival. Welcome to Bower House!

I confirm that I have previously been made aware of the above terms and conditions and have accepted them in their entirety on behalf of all members in my party. I have also been requested to read the safety advice and other matters contained in the House Book made available to me and undertake so to do and comply with their requirements and upon our departure to leave the property and its contents in the same condition as we found it.
